Impecare provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including deep cleaning, regular cleanings, post-construction cleaning, and other related services. Service availability is subject to location and scheduling.

2.Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Clients must notify Impecare at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule and in business hours. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3.Payments

All services must be paid in full upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major forms of payment including credit/debit cards, Zelle, and cash.

4.Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a follow-up visit as soon as possible.

5.Liability

Impecare is insured and takes care to handle your property with respect. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed before service. Clients must secure fragile or valuable items.

6.SMS Terms of Service
